Website Profile


It is not essential to sign up to our website to be able to use CelticPipes! This is just an optional step if you want to be able to use the facilities described below:

Certain pages on our website could be (but are currently not) restricted and would only be accessed by logged in and verified users. To gain access, you would need to sign in.

When you load up our CelticPipes website (at celticpipes.com), you will see an item to the far right of the top navigation bar labelled 'SIGN IN'.

Click on this and the Sign-in pop-up screen appears:

If you have already signed up and you have a username and password, please enter it here and if it is valid, you will gain access. You will know because your username will appear on our website where 'SIGN IN' previously appeared.

Note: If you have forgotten your user name, sign up again with the same email address and your user name will be overwritten. You will be asked to verify your email address again with a code for security reasons.


If you haven't already signed up, click on the Sign up link below the button and a pop-up window will appear asking for your details:

You will need to verify your email address first by getting a code sent to your email address. It may take a few minutes to arrive and make sure you check your Junk or Spam folder. When it arrives, enter it exactly in the Verification code field.

Important: Enter your registered email address in the Email field i.e the email address you used to subscribe or purchase a license for CelticPipes.

Fill in the other fields and press the Sign Up button. If all is well, you will be signed in and your username will appear on the top right of our main website page.



Forgot password

If you have signed up before but you can't remember your password, click on the 'Forgot password' link on the Sign-In page and supply the details asked for on the web page that loads.



Signing out

For convenience, the website will remember your details from one session to the next. If someone else has access to your computer, it is strongly recommended, for security reasons, that you Sign out after your session.



Changing your details

Once you have signed in, you can access your profile page by clicking on your username on the top of our website (where SIGN-IN used to be). You can also access it from the link on our Support page that allows you to change your details.

This is for a subscription but if you have a license, your page will be similar but without the subscription fields.

Note the change button below your email address. Press this to update your registered email address. Confirmation will be required using an emailed code.

To change or update your credit card details, press Update and this will take you to Stripe where your new card details can be added. For PayPal users, your card can be updated on your PayPal account.
